This is where we figure out what is going well, and what could use some work. We look at the habits you most want to change and develop a plan to get you started, and to know when you are successful.
Take & Maintain Action
At this stage, you are doing the work. We are troubleshooting when you falter and making adjustments along the way to ensure these lifestyle changes make sense in your life in the long run.
